Thankfully, I haven’t stepped on any dirty diapers in awhile -- on sidewalks, in parking lots. Now that I think about it, it’s probably because we moved out of that Twin Palms strip center near the expressway and bought the old Pharr City Hall building on W. Park eight years ago.

With the southern border closed to Mexican shoppers (unless they fly here via the airlines), and the Canadian/U.S. border closed as well to nonessential travel, Valley businesses can use all the consumers it can find; so welcome, Snowbirds from the Midwest.
