MONDAY STATS, 11-03-2020   EDINBURG – Officials with the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department reported six more deaths related to COVID-19 on Monday and 202 new known positive cases, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Tuesday.   “We are in the final two months of a very bad year,” Judge Cortez said. “We have lost more than 1,900 of our family members, friends and neighbors to this terrible disease.
