WEDNESDAY STATS, 11-4-2020  EDINBURG – Two more Hidalgo County residents died from COVID-19 related causes and 216 more people tested positive, officials with the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department reported Wednesday.   “Number of those who have died is thankfully lower, compared to previous days but there are still too many.” Hidalgo County Richard F.
