TUESDAY STATS,  10-06-2020 EDINBURG – Officials with the Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department reported 18 more deaths due to complications from COVID-19 and another 183 new positive cases, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez said Tuesday.
