FRIDAY STATS,  10-02-2020 EDINBURG – On a day when the world noted the news that President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump had tested positive for COVID-19, health officials in Hidalgo County reported 22 more deaths and 208 new positive cases, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F.
