Raiders claim District 31-5A championship in win against Rattlers

PHARR — The PSJA North Raiders and the Sharyland Rattlers clashed against one another on Tuesday here with a lot at stake.

The prize? The district championship for District 31-5A.

The home team took the win, 43-32, in what was a packed house that resembled a playoff atmosphere.

The Raiders improve to 29-7 overall on the season with a 13-2 record in district play.
