The adventures of James Bond and the Golden Girl
James Bond is a big, dashing gray-and-white “ladies man” of a cat, weighing in at a sturdy 11 pounds, and Shawna is a charming “golden girl” of the Shepherd mix persuasion, who is even bigger (about four times) than JB.
Bond, James Bond, who is only 2 years old, is the strong, silent type. So far in foster care he has kept his meows to himself, probably because he’s keeping some state secret! His cover identity is as a big pussycat who likes belly rubs, being carried over a human shoulder, or suckling on his favorite toy or any available fuzzy object.
He maintains his status as a real cool cat by taking naps in empty sinks and bathtubs whenever he gets the chance. Not a fan of martinis, this James Bond takes his catnip straight up and quickly loses his composure when he indulges. Then he runs around to the great amusement of any humans around. He gets along well with other cats and has been respectful of the elderly cat sharing his foster home.
In spite of his name, JB is really pretty much of a homebody, at least in his current disguise. He will be happy to stay home with his forever person or people and make life way more fun than any spy novel or movie. Living with James Bond will be an adventure in love and companionship for sure.
Shawna is a big puppy, born in March, 2021, who already tips the scales at 42 pounds. Take a look at the size of her paws, and it’s apparent that she still has a bit of growing to do. She’s also a real beauty — her golden brown coat is accented and “frosted” with black and she’s got big, brown eyes that will surely win your heart. She is friendly, loving, and eager to please. She loves to go on adventures like walks, runs, car rides, and anything that involves the excitement of hanging out with her favorite person or people. She’s a happy girl who would be a great addition to any dog-loving home.
Although James Bond and Shawna don’t know each other in real life, they are the stars of this week’s article and would probably have great fun together if they ever met. There’s one thing that’s certain though, and that’s that either of these great pets would be a delightful addition to your home and family. JB is neutered and Shawna is spayed and each is up-todate on shots and ready to go home and begin their adventures with some lucky person or family.
