Cinderella Pet Rescue: Cats of all stripes need homes
This week Cinderella Pet Rescue is featuring Mozart and Sherbet, a couple of beautiful male tabby cats, with stripes galore! If you’re partial to tigers but can’t afford the upkeep, these boys could put a tiger to shame with all their stripes! They have been at our shelter for a while and it’s time that they found loving homes of their own. Either one would make a wonderful companion, much better than a real tiger.
Mozart is a big, sturdy fellow, beautifully marked with gray and black stripes accented by a white muzzle, bib, and great big feet. He’s got great big green eyes and a cute little cinnamon nose which add to his charm. He’s about two years old and tips the scales at about 12 pounds. He’s playful and friendly and even helped raise a litter of puppies at our shelter so he’s familiar and well-disposed towards friendly dogs. He’s interested in everything going on around him and he’d love to come and live with you and be your best feline friend (or mini-tiger).
Sherbet is a sweet treat, for sure. He’s about a year old and is a medium sized cat. He’s got a striking reddish orange coat festooned with darker stripes. His tail is so perfectly marked, it looks like a candy cane. Like Mozart, his tabby stripes are accented by white, which add to his appeal. To top it all off, Sherbet has pretty gold eyes that are on the lookout for a “just right” person to take him home and shower him with the attention he deserves. We also have several other great cats and kittens available right now (not to mention LOTS of adorable dogs) so visit our website today.
Mozart and Sherbet are neutered and upto- date on their vaccinations. If you’re interested in adopting either of them, please fill out our online adoption application and we will contact you. Be sure to check our website at www.cinderella-pet-rescue. org to see all the other great pets we have available.
Cinderella Pet Rescue is a private, non-profit organization, funded solely by donations, with volunteers providing muchneed support. If you would like to do something to help homeless pets but aren’t in the position to adopt, please consider volunteering or making a donation to us. To learn about volunteer opportunities (and to see our director, Suzanne Herzing, in costume as Cinderella at one of our adoption events, check the section titled “Volunteers”). You’ll also have a chance to see some of the great people who already volunteer for us.
Many thanks to all of you who have made donations or are currently volunteering, or who have done so in the past. We literally could not do what we do without you. Hundreds of homeless pets have found their happy forever homes thanks to your efforts.
