Meet super sweet Gordo who is only a couple of years old. He is very playful and full of energy and just loves receiving a lot of belly rubs and attention. When you hear him bark, it's because he wants you to play with him! He walks well on the leash and tends to walk fast but does not tug or pull. Gordo is curious and ready to find a forever home... he is hoping it can be with you!! Stop by our Andrews Center to meet him today. Meet Momma Pompom and her nine newborn puppies! We don't know about her life before she arrived at PVAS, but we are sure it was hard. Help us by fostering Pompom and her nine newborn babies.
Momma needs a safe and quiet environment to nurse, and she is not getting that from being in a loud shelter. It isn't ideal for a mother, and she needs her rest. Five-month-old Phallon originally came to the shelter as a stray with her brother back in July. Since they were unweaned, they were placed in our Foster Program for a couple of months until ready for adoption. Now she is purring for the purrfect home to come to her! Two-month-old Banana Pepper has been with us since early November. She is not your typical kitten that loves to jump around and chase the feathers instead she wants to sit on her nice comfy blanket for naps until the treats get here. We are in urgent need of 2-week foster caregivers for puppies, kittens, and infant pets with nursing moms in order for them to be cleared for rescue transfer. Becoming a foster for us is easy!
