Small dogs with big hearts
This week Cinderella is offering two wonderful little dogs who are young, healthy and just brimming with love. Either of them would make a great pet for someone who’s looking for the company of a small dog to be a forever friend.
Fairy Dog is a petite female who only weighs about 7-½ pounds — a perfect, cuddly lap dog who will be happy to find a home filled with the love that she deserves. She is only 6 months old, so she may grow a bit more but she’s always going to be tiny. She is a cross between a chihuahua and a dachshund but her ears look like she might also be part airplane! She gets along great with other dogs–big and small — and wouldn’t mind at all if there are already other dogs in her new family. She loves curling up and snoozing with her canine buddies, but she really wants a human to shower with affection. Her hobbies are playing fetch and watching squirrels. She is every bit as sweet as she looks. Start your new year right with this magical Fairy Dog by your side!
Pancho is 3 years old and is a bit heavier than Fairy, tipping the scales at about 17-½ pounds. Since he is full grown, he won’t be getting any bigger. He is a handsome cross between some sort of small terrier and a beagle. He has been in foster care and just received some rave reviews from his foster mom: “One of the sweetest dogs I have ever come across. He loves to go on walks, play and cuddle. He knows ‘sit’ and ‘come’. We are working on ‘shake’, ‘stay’ and ‘lay down’. He is such a joy to have around and will brighten your days! He is also smart and potty trained. I can't say enough good things about him! Somebody is going to be so lucky to have such a good dog!”
So, the roughest decision you’ll have to make is whether to adopt Fairy Dog or Pancho. Either one will add joy and fun to your life, not to mention how happy they’ll be to find a wonderful forever home!
