The city of Pharr is getting festive once again for the Halloween holiday.

Pharr invites the public to attend their Trail of Terror, which tickets were available to pick up Friday, Oct. 13. The first round of ticket distribution began at 9 a.m. at the Pepe Salinas Recreation Center, located at 1011 W. Kelly Ave. in Pharr. However, if residents couldn't attend the first round, the second round began at 6 p.m.

It is a free ticketed event, according to a release.

The "chilling adventure" is sure to bring its residents in the holiday spirit.

"This heart-pounding trail ride promises thrills, suspense, and endless fun for those brave enough to embark on a terrifying journey through the unknown," the release states.

Those who attend will think they're in a horror film as they "get ready to face zombies, psycho nurses, killer clown, and more spine-tingling guests."

The actual "Trail of Terror" is slated from Oct. 27-29 and it begins at 7:30 p.m. It will take place at the Pharr Vanguard Nature and Birding Center, located at 1025 S. Richmond Drive.
