University of Texas Rio Grande Valley partners with South Texas College to create undergraduate education degrees in early childhood studies
The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and South Texas College have partnered to create a competency-based education program that creates a pathway to an undergraduate degree in early childhood studies, UTRGV officials announced on Monday, December 21, 2020.
“Nutcracker at the Nursing Home”
On Saturday, Dec. 19, the residents and staff of the San Juan Nursing Home were given a special Christmas holiday treat. Everyone sat in the TV room of the nursing home to watch a recorded version of the 48th annual production of The Nutcracker Ballet as performed by the Rio Grande Valley Ballet Company on Saturday, Dec. 5. The event was dubbed “Nutcracker at the Nursing Home.”
