EDINBURG — The Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library proudly announces its annual free Summer Reading Program. This year’s theme is “Tails and Tales” which focuses on the stories of animals big and small, wild and domesticated, even dragons and dinosaurs. The program runs from June 14 through July 23, 2021 registration began on Monday, May 10th, 2021.
This week we are featuring two super pets, Kit Kat and Nattiana, an Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler cross, who just recently came to the Cinderella Shelter. We don’t expect these “short-timers” to be here for long though, since each of them is very special and will soon be oves people and she’d like nothing better than finding a person, or perhaps a family, to shower her with attention and love for the rest of her days. Like Kit Kat, she is spayed and up-to-date on her shots.
