MXLAN 24 reveals music lineup

On Tuesday, MXLAN 24 announced the full lineup of musicians playing the Pepsi Music Stage for the spring art & music festival celebrating young Latino culture.

The 3-day festival’s Saturday night will be headlined by Latin Grammy Nominee for Best Alternative Music Album, Caloncho. The soulful Mexican artist will be joined by Vanessa Zamora, Ceci Ceci, Brownboyz, and Myrka Chapa.

The talented young trio, Los Aptos, will headline XMLAN 24’s Friday night with Rubio, Selines, and Lunar Heart.

L.A.’s La Lom will headline MXLAN’s Sunday night with Alta Reala, Desta French, Andria Rose, and Dani Tiscareno.

MXLAN 24 centers young and rising Latino musicians, artists, and creators over 3 days of live music, interactive art, traditional food, lucha libre, and Oaxacan-style calendas (street parades.)

“MXLAN brings young and rising Latino artists to an audience with a cultural connection to their music,” said Yajaira Flores, Director of the McAllen Convention Center. “MXLAN 24 is where young Latinos will see artists who sound, look, and feel like a future they can be a part of.”

MXLAN 24 is Friday, May 3 through Sunday, May 5 at the McAllen, TX Convention Center district. Tickets are available at MXLAN.com.
