On July 7, at 10 p.m. Edinburg police officers were called to the 800 block of North Closner Blvd in reference to an accident involving a motor vehicle and a man on a skateboard. When officers arrived at the scene, they saw a man lying in the middle of the roadway and a black 2010 Ford F-250 pickup truck stopped in the center lane.
