PHARR — The City of Pharr Police Department reports that an 18-year-old male subject by the name of Miguel Marroquin was arrested on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, and charged with burglary of a vehicle and engaging in organized criminal activity.
In a press conference Monday, Nov. 22, Hidalgo County District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez announced his decision not to seek a third term. His current terms expires at the end of 2022.
