PHARR – The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) Transportation Department has been ranked among the Top 100 Fleets in the nation as per Government Fleet, a leading transportation industry magazine and its ranking of The 100 Best Fleets in North America. Ranked 94th, this makes it the ninth consecutive year, the PSJA ISD Transportation Dept. is recognized by the magazine. This year, it was the only school district in the Rio Grande Valley that made the list.
It’s official. The City of Pharr is now in the ambulance business after the bankrupt company it offered to purchase for approximately $1 million has gained approval of the federal bankruptcy judge overseeing it, Houston-based David R. Jones.
