Observations Commentary
So, this legislative session, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is on another crusade against voter fraud. Trouble is, every time I write his name, I have to laugh, because he’s the very same guy who is still under state grand jury indictment for three criminal charges that date back to 2015. He has pled not guilty to two counts of security fraud (first-degree felony) and one count of failing to resister with state securities regulators (third-degree felony).
