FBI Warns of Spike in ‘Virtual Kidnapping’ calls in the RGV

McALLEN – The Federal Bureau of Investigation San Antonio Division, McAllen Resident Agency Office, wants to warn the public about a recent spike in “virtual kidnapping” extortion calls in the Rio Grande Valley.
