EDINBURG – Raymondville native Shan Rankin, who has served as executive director of the Museum of South Texas History since 1989, was honored with a resolution in Commissioners Court for her committed service to the community. "Thank you for having me here today," said Rankin. "I am proud to be recognized by your court."
