EDINBURG – Juan Manuel Pineda Zarate Jr., 40, of Pharr, was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after pleading guilty to Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, a Second Degree Felony.
