EDINBURG – Commissioners Court proclaimed November as National Home Care and Hospice Month in honor of the millions of nurses, home care aides, therapists, and social workers who make a remarkable difference for the patients and families they serve. Texas Association for Home Care and Hospice Board President Jon Scepanski, accepted the proclamation. "We help the elderly and disabled preserve their dignity and maintain their independence while receiving care in a home setting," said Scepanski.
