EDINBURG – Hidalgo County Elections Administrator Yvonne Ramón is urging voters to be on the lookout for their new, orange and white voter registration certificate that was mailed this week. She asks that each voter review the information on the certificate to check that everything is correct and up to date. Reviewing this information now will prevent any delays at the polling location when going to vote.
