PHARR — U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Pharr International Bridge cargo facility discovered $176,000 worth of marijuana within a commercial trailer arriving from Mexico.
“Our officers made a great interception of marijuana from within a commercial trailer in the cargo facility,” said Port Director Carlos Rodriguez, Port of Hidalgo/Pharr/ Anzalduas. “Keeping drugs from crossing our border is paramount for CBP Field Operations in our efforts to ensure the safety of our communities.”
