Buy some land (more than you already own), get the proper permits, and build your own runway alongside of your own heated-and-cooled hangar. Buy a gas tank that will hold a lot of fuel, and then you won’t have to tolerate totalitarian-like environments, which is what’s become of most local airports and their respective Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs), which are businesses that may sell fuel, service airplanes, offer flying lessons and charters.
