Commissioners Court helped "Rally the Valley" welcoming UTRGV's new Vice President and Athletic Director Chasse Conque. Conque joined UTRGV on Aug. 2 after previously serving as Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he added a wrestling program and set a record for fundraising.
