EDINBURG — Join the Dustin Michael Sekula Memorial Library as they honor a special request from a 104-year-old retired WWII U.S. Marine Corps veteran this Valentine season. Major Bill White, of Stockton, California, is asking to receive Valentine’s Day cards from strangers around the world as part of his “Operation Valentine.” The library will participate in “Operation Valentine” on Saturday, February 1, 2020, from 1 to 3 p.m. The public is invited to participate in this event.
