EDINBURG – Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney Ricardo Rodriguez Jr. and the Domestic Violence Unit, in collaboration with Sheriff J.E. “Eddie” Guerra, the Hidalgo County Family Violence Task Force, and Women Together/Mujeres Unidas will host an Operation Safe Talk to combat teen dating violence on Wednesday, Feb. 5. The Young Hearts Matter Teen Dating Violence Operation Safe Talk hotline will be housed at the Entravision Communications Corp. McAllen studios and broadcast on Univision Noticias, Channel 48. February is Young Hearts Matter Teen Dating Violence Prevention Month and, in addition to the February 5 hotline, two others will be held on Wednesday, Feb.
