Friends of the Wildlife Corridor present $8,000 to PSJA Education Foundation

PHARR- The Friends of the Wildlife Corridor recently presented the PSJA Education Foundation with an $8,000 contribution to expand the funds provided to PSJA Teachers, as part of the organization’s Mini-Grants Program. The funds are geared to support environmentally friendly projects . The check was presented by Sharon Slagle, President of the organization and longtime member of the PSJA Family. The Friends of the Wildlife Corridor has partnered with PSJA ISD for the last several years to ensure the preservation of the area’s natural habitat.
