McALLEN – McAllen Public Utility will be conducting water meter auditing starting today, Monday, February 24, 2020. Performance Services Inc. has been contracted to conduct this audit. They will visit sites throughout the city, inspecting water meter installations and possibly, exchanging some meters for newer ones. For those customers who are selected for the audit, please allow the representatives from Performance Services Inc. a few minutes to temporarily turn the water off to perform the services necessary.
