McALLEN – The road closure that began this last Monday, February 10 and was originally scheduled to go through Monday, February 24 has now been extended until Monday, March 2, 2020, due to complications for a utility line installation. Harvey Avenue, east and west bound, between 23rd Street and Bicentennial Boulevard will remain completely closed to through traffic through March 2 for utility work.
