McALLEN – The McAllen Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon Committee would like to invite the community to the 49th Annual McAllen Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon. The event will be held at the McAllen Convention Center on Wednesday, March 4 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This year’s Keynote Speaker is Tommy Bowden, Fox Sports and Atlantic Coast Conference College Football Host. He was a two-time ACC Coach of the Year at Clemson University. Bowden is a motivational speaker and author of “Winning Character.” “Our board has been working together to bring an exceptional speaker to our community – Mr. Bowden,” said Board President Judith Flores-Saldivar.
