PHARR – A free Public Speaking Workshop focusing on speech introductions is offered on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the Pharr Memorial Library, 121 E. Cherokee, 2nd floor, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Not everyone is comfortable with the concept of a speech introduction. An inaccurate or unexpected introduction can fluster even the most prepared speaker.
