PHARR – On Monday, Pharr City Commissioner Bobby Carrillo, together with JoJo from KTEX and Ruben Vela from Super Tejano, announced the lineup for this year’s HUBPhest, which is themed "Country Boots/Tejano Roots." Pharr’s annual flagship festival, HUBPhest, will take place starting at 2 pm in downtown Pharr on Saturday, April 4, 2020, and is FREE for all attendees before 5 pm, and only $5 admission after 5 pm.
