Congratulations to Robee Ruiz, a PSJA North ECHS senior, who was just awarded the Dell scholarship. She is one of 500 in the nation selected each year to receive this award. Ms. Ruiz is currently ranked in the top 10 of her class and will be graduating with her associates degree as well. She will be attending The University of Texas at San Antonio this fall to continue her studies. Robee Ruiz is the daughter of Velma and Roberto Ruiz.
