EDINBURG – Due to the continued increase in COVID-19 cases in our area, County Clerk Arturo Guajardo, Jr. announces modification to services to the public and will require advanced appointments only. The office itself will be closed to walk-in visitors without appointments. This will begin on Thursday, April 16, 2020. Guajardo explains that daily operations will continue, however, services will be provided by phone, mail, or electronically.
