PHARR - In celebration of Día de los Niños, Día de los Libros, the PSJA Library Services Department teamed up with district administration to encourage kids to continue their love of reading. In 1996, author, poet and literacy advocate Pat Mora founded the national initiative as a way to encourage a love of books and reading among children of all cultures.
