WASHINGTON – Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced that H.R. 6800, House Democrats’ newly introduced stimulus package entitled The Heroes Act would provide approximately $1,230,765,515 in federal COVID-19 relief funding to cities and counties throughout the 15th District of Texas. These funds can be used for COVID-related expenses, to replace foregone revenues not projected on January 31, 2020, or to respond to negative economic effects of COVID.
