EDINBURG – Governor Greg Abbott announced Phase II of Open Texas adding an updated list and timeline of what types of businesses and activities can resume operations. Previously, Gov. Abbott’s order included the May 18 opening of gyms, hair salons, barbershops, non-essential manufacturers and other offices.
