Contributions from Hidalgo County business community will benefit the county's Utility Assistance Program

Contributions were made and accepted from several members of the business community on Tuesday, which will benefit the Hidalgo County Community Service Agency's Utility Assistance Program. The funds were distributed to aid during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Magic Valley Electric Cooperative contributed $5,000 as part of the MVEC Cares Program, where MVEC employees were able to raise funds to help members in need through CSA.
