McALLEN — Storm sewer pipeline installation will close Northgate Lane through June 10. As the City of McAllen continues to move forward with the Bicentennial Boulevard road extension project, storm sewer installation construction will cause a road closure along Freddy Gonzalez Drive. The roadway will be closed to all through traffic between 23rd Street and Main Street and will begin on Monday June 8 and will continue through Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
