PHARR – Beginning Monday, June 1, 2020 through Friday, June 5, 2020, I-2, westbound frontage roads will experience single lane closures from 2nd Street in McAllen to Cesar Chavez Road in San Juan. On Monday, June 8, 2020 through Friday, June 12, 2020, single lane closures of the I-2, eastbound frontage roads will take place from 2nd Street to FM 2557. The closures will take place daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and are necessary to provide a safe work zone for crews as utility surveying continues in preparation for the I-2/I-69C Interchange Project.
