As we approach our first year anniversary of the implementation of the Hidalgo County Wellness Program, we have proven the success of the program, said Hidalgo County Wellness Coordinator Diana Huallpa at Tuesday's Commissioners Court meeting. Huallpa also updated the court with upcoming projects.
