PHARR — The City of Pharr partnered with the Texas Military Department, Texas Department of Public Safety Division of Emergency Management, the Texas Emergency Medical Task Force, the Texas Department of State Health Services, and the Hidalgo County Office of Emergency Management to host a very successful free community COVID-19 mobile testing center.
