McALLEN — On Sunday, June 28, at approximately 3:40 a.m., McAllen police responded to a burglary in-progress at the 400 Block of N. 9th St. The female victim called the McAllen Police Department and reported that someone was trying to break into the front door, and that there was a fire in the back door.
