PALMVIEW — Palmview Mayor Ricardo “Rick” Villarreal and the Palmview City Council are pleased to announce that the city will be offering up to $100,000 in grants to small businesses in Palmview that have been negatively impacted by the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
