EDINBURG — Hidalgo County launched the Hidalgo County Cares Small Business Grant Program to assist rural county businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, said Economic Development Director Laura Matamoros. The CARES Small Business Grant Program began accepting applications on Monday, July 27, 2020.
