PHARR - The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD Board of Trustees approved pay raises for the 2020-2021 school year during Monday's school board meeting. Amid many COVID-19 challenges, PSJA will continue to prioritize to fully compensate staff. The following salary increases were approved. All Teachers, Librarians and Nurses will receive a pay increase of $1,700 and other Professional, Paraprofessional and Auxiliary Staff will receive a 3% increase from their mid-point.
