McALLEN – Millions in additional emergency aid is on the way for students enrolled this fall as part of CARES Act funds received from the Department of Education earlier this year, South Texas College announced Monday.
STC dispersed over $4.3 million in emergency aid to over 7,200 students in the spring semester due to the impact of COVID-19, and realizes that students need additional assistance during the fall term, according to top administrators with the college.
