City of Pharr Municipal Court amnesty through Dec. 31st

Pharr, Texas – The City of Pharr Municipal Court launched an Amnesty Program which began on November 3 and will run through December 31, 2020, during which failure to appear and warrant charges will be waived for unadjudicated fines paid in full, put on a payment plan, or other arrangements that can be made with the court on an individual basis. “The Amnesty Program is a grace period for anyone who has tickets and arrest warrants pending in the City of Pharr,” said Pharr Municipal Judge Criselda Ivon Rincon Flores. “This means we are waiving all failure to appear charges and ...
